Curriculum Developer needed

We are looking for a diligent and detail oriented Curriculum Developer to join our growing team. As a Curriculum Developer, you are responsible for creating and designing educational content and materials for various learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design detailed educational curriculum, including dates, topics and number of hours required per course
- Create engaging and interactive content, including videos, quizzes, and activities to enhance the learning experience
- Set learning objectives and determine the evaluation criteria for each course
- Review and evaluate existing educational materials by getting feedback from facilitators and make necessary improvements to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness
- Maintain detailed records of curriculum development processes, including objectives, content outlines, assessments, and revisions
- Provide training and support to facilitators on implementing the curriculum effectively


Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Curriculum Developer or similar role
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative teaching and learning materials
- Proficiency in educational technology and software used for curriculum development and delivery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of educational materials
- Ability to identify challenges in the learning process and develop solutions to address them effectively
