Criteria for writers:
* English grammar : excellent
* SEO writing and AP style : skilled
* Professional writing experience : at least 1 years working for US-based online website
* Articles per day (well-organized) : 5
* Words per article : 300+
* Follow editor's guidance
* PV expected : 1k to 10k
* Test : 30 min (300 words)
* Paid trial period : 1 week
* Wage : $2.8 to $15 per article (rates higher than $3 negotiable after observing PV, after 1st week); bonuses relate to website PV (to be negotiated after 1st week)
