About the job: We are an e-commerce USA company based in Texas. Working hours are 9 am-6 pm Central time zone. Work from home.

Who we are looking for?

-experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes
-understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
-at least two years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources
-experience with an Applicant Tracking System and/or other human resource information systems
-excellent communication skills
-tact and confidentiality
-working knowledge of HR best practices
