Social Media Manager

I have a social media presence on Instagram creating video content around UK property and finance. I want to build my engagement and following on LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook and eventually a blog whilst still nurturing the content on Instagram on TikTok. I need a social media manager who is used to creating or brainstorming ideas for social media. Ideas need to have good hooks, content that have a good average watch time and calls to action that convert. The way I would like to work is that 2 ideas/concepts are made for Instagram/Tiktok every week. These ideas are then repurposed for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and potentially a blog. I also want someone good with Canva that can make downloadable content that we can offer our audience for free - evidence of graphic design should be included in the application as it needs to be of a certain standard.
