Call Center Representative (Patient Care)

We are seeking energetic Patient Care Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping patients by providing service information, appointment scheduling, and help with general patient inquiries. Returnees to the work force welcomed, full time schedules only.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Document and update patient records
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Communications with medical professionals to help with patient inquires and services
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexible schedule required for nights and weekends
