JOB OVERVIEW

Description
I am the owner of a Home Cleaning company based in Florida, USA. I am looking to hire a second virtual assistant, with a strong focus on sales, as well other administrative tasks.

You will be working directly with clients so an A+ level of English communication skills and high initiative is required. Please do not apply if you think you're not a good fit for the role.

Must have the initiative to do tasks on their own
Willing to learn new skills and tools on their own
**Comfortable in sales/converting or closing leads
**Knowledge in Social Media management is a plus
**Open to working on shifting schedule when needed

Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
**Convert leads into bookings
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Act as the point of contact for customers and clients
Coordinate with boots-on-the-ground for cleanings
Maintain contact lists and company databases
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Create detailed SOPs about company procedures and policies for future reference
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Organize and schedule appointments
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Research software options for company use
Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks


Requirements
Previous experience in a customer support role
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in Google Docs
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Technical Requirements
Dedicated workstation at home
Noise-canceling headphone
20 MBPS minimum Internet connection
Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
