Key Responsibilities:

-Produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.

-Ensure content is trendy, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.

-Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and introduce fresh, creative ideas for edits.

-Lead projects and guide tea ---------- mbers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

-Educate and mentor tea ---------- mbers, enhancing their skills in video editing and content creation.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.

-Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-In-depth understanding of the elements that make videos trend in both short-form and long-form formats.

-High-speed internet connection for efficient remote collaboration.

-Punctuality and the ability to adhere to tight deadlines.

-Strong leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative.

-Creative mindset with a track record of improving content through innovative ideas.

-Experience in working effectively within a team.

-Teaching capability, with a willingness to share knowledge and expertise.
