Wordpress blog posting and tagging

I am looking for someone to start off by scheduling and posting my blogposts for my photography sessions. I will create the blog pictures, I will need someone to tag and categorize the blog post. They will be adding titles, tags, and descriptions in order to optimize for SEO.
