Job Description:
Looking for a podcast specialist that can be a video editor for the podcast episodes we put out every week for my brand. The show is called Patryk Real Estate Show--where I bring on Airbnb investors to teach concepts related to real estate investing. This individual will be responsible for putting together effective Reels from the podcast, editing them and then posting the appropriate captions and otherwise on social media. We're looking for a self-starter with a great marketing mindset and understands real estate investing at a basic level. Strong communication and organizational skills help make you successful in this role. We're looking for around 10-20 hours per week

Job Role:
- Editing a weekly, under 1-hour, podcast episode for video and audio (we use descript software)
- Create at least 4-6 Reels from every podcast episode to post on my social media
- Create a captivating caption, proper hashtags and distribution on Youtube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook and ---------- -Tok platforms
- Analyze best performing clips and replicate those hooks for future posts
- Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience editing podcasts or distributing them on social media
- Bonus: Background working with Real Estate content
- High Proficiency in the English Language and has world-class communication skills: in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Project Based (Estimated 10-20 hours/week)
