We are a small American publishing company and we want to grow fast.

You will be responsible for 2 important tasks as our superstar VA:

1. Book production

You will manage the creation of all new books from start to finish in this order: research new niches, write detailed outlines to send to authors and manage a team of writers and book designers

2. Book marketing

We sell our books and products on Amazon, so we want to quickly grow an email list of ravenous readers who are crazy about us. Our list is currently at around 200 subscribers, but it's gotten cold due to inactivity.

We publish books in multiple genres, so we need separate email lists to target readers based on their individual interests. These email lists must be hyper-targeted and engaged -- quality over quantity is more important!

We expect two results from this campaign to build a massive list of highly-engaged fans.
They should join our list because they:
1. Want to buy more of our books and products (whether for a discount or at full price)
2. Are happy to leave us honest reviews on Amazon

3. Mailchimp or other email marketing tool

You will be the "go-to" person responsible for managing the production of our books and working with us to systematize our marketing campaigns to increase overall sales and leads.

Basic Requirements:
1. You are fluent in English
2. You solve unexpected problems quickly
3. You have a FAST internet connection and a webcam + mic
4. You have a detailed portfolio of results from previous lead generation campaigns for us to review
