Finance Manager for growing UK company

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to oversee our day-to-day financial operations and, most importantly, spearhead new initiatives as the business expands. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and requires a candidate who is at the top of their game!

A successful candidate would:
- Have 2+ years’ experience in a senior financial role.
- Have at least 1 finance related qualification at university level or above
- Be very experienced with Quick Books (Pro Advisor certification would be a strong advantage)
- Have the ability to build or rebuild the entire accounting practices of a business if need.
- Be able to quickly learn and respect the importance of existing procedures but also be on the lookout for potential improvements.
- Have experience producing P&L statements, Balance Sheets & Cashflow forecasts. Experience of interpreting these reports and presenting your findings to C level executives would be a bonus.
- Be meticulous and detailed focussed.
- Thrive under pressure and be deadline focussed.
- Be dedicated, passionate and responsible.
- Have exceptional English speaking and writing abilities
