JOB OVERVIEW

I am in search of an experienced, dedicated, highly organized Administrative Virtual Assistant with strong attention to detail and technical proficiency. The role demands a proactive approach and encompasses tasks such as managing multiple calendars, email correspondence, occasional travel coordination, and various administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will meet the requirements listed, be extremely committed, punctual, detail oriented, and communicative. I need someone that can reliably be online every morning and every evening (M-F) or work 3rd shift to cover standard business hours from 8-5 ET to ensure consistent and timely responses. They will be able to make recommendations on how to manage objectives, but be flexible and willing to learn new things. Compensation will be paid as a salary through EasyPay. A successful relationship will consist of focusing on the objectives instead of the exact number of hours for the week. At the end of the month, if we're significantly off track, adjustments can be made.

*Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant
*Weekly meetings with me
*Inbox management
*Calendar Management/Scheduling meetings
*Preparing the weekly newsletter
*Travel booking & coordination
*Reimbursement submissions
* ---------- tool management
*Support with pipeline management and lead nurturing
*Spreadsheet administration
*Process creation
*One-off administration items

Please do NOT apply if you do not have 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant. You will be screened out, and will be wasting your time.

You'll be an excellent candidate if:
*You have experience in helping someone manage their time and create efficiency in managing multiple calendars and using time blocks.
*You are completely fluent in the English language (written and spoken).
*You can learn the voice of the person you are serving and respond to many emails as the professional you are serving.
*You are constantly organizing work using digital tools to create efficiencies and ensuring no balls are dropped.
*You like to help professionals create efficiencies in their work
*You could coach other administrative assistants on how to do their work better
*You enjoy organizing and creating structure in a sometimes chaotic environment where requests are coming in constantly in multiple directions
