Call Center Agent - Business Loans / MCA

Log into our v ---------- system and take a combination of inbound/outbound calls for business loans. Your job is to follow our script and get the customer to fill out an application for financing.

You also get bonuses each day between $15 to $40 for EACH approved loan package you bring in. Our best agents bring in around 40 packages each month, so you can easily make $1,000-$2,500 per month if you are good on the phone.

There are a LOT of phone calls, and you will be making between 250 and 400 calls each day.

We pay you based on the WORKING TIME you are logged into the V ---------- system, so if you are not logged in taking calls, you will not be paid. Please remember this.

Here are the minimum expectations for all our agents:

OPENERS ONBOARDING:

-Quotas / Expectations
-5+ hours of Vici “working time” daily
-20+ submissions per month

Openers MINIMUMS OR ELSE they get FIRED:
1st month on phones: 10 apps
-1st Half of month: 4 apps
-End of month: 10 apps
2nd+ month on phones: 15 apps


Openers COMPENSATION:
-$4 per hour of WORKING TIME

Per Approval Commissions:
$15 per approval between $0-20K
$25 per approval between $20-50K
$30 per approval between $50-100K
$40 per approval over $100K
