Short Term Rental = Airbnb VA

Looking for a short term rental virtual assistant who has at least 2+ years experience of short term rental experience working for a reputable property management company. If you have also worked for airbnb in the past that is a plus.

The Ideal candidate will have experience as a VA and also as a case manager for airbnb (this is preferred not required). They have a proven track record with several booking softwares (airbnb, vrbo, direct bookings, ect). They will be an expert at review disputes, and claims handling with airbnb. They will be highly organized, and be responsible for organizing and coordinating our cleaning and maintenance team. They will have good phone etiquette, and be friendly to our guests and staff. Salary is $800 per month and your shift will be 4 pm - 11 pm Eastern Standard Time Zone. You will be expected to work 7 hours per day x 6 days per week = 42 hours.

We have 8 properties in Canada in different locations, and 4 properties in USA on one location.

Your job duties include –

1. Listing Management
2. Claims disputes
3. Review Removals
4. Cleaning Coordination
5. Repair maintenance coordination
6. Customer service (Phone, email, Airbnb).
7. Other related tasks to smooth operation of the property however the above will be your primary.
8. Revenue optimization
