Tour Organizer - Travel Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, transfers and accommodations ensuring the best possible experience for our clients
- Monitor flight delays and ensure coordination with our local suppliers and tour leaders on tour arrival dates.
- Organize and maintain accurate rooming lists, flight preferences and booking information, while ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process
- Provide support to our local suppliers and travelers while they are overseas in Europe and Israel.
- Play a vital role in fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement. Provide insights and feedback to help refine processes, enhance our services, and exceed our clients' expectations
