- Provide emotional support and care to customers.
- Discuss what users are interested to enhance the user experience.

- Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and typed English.
- Possessing knowledge in cosplay, roleplay, games, and anime.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships.
- Problem-solving skills for addressing customer concerns.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Available to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
