About The Role:

At 11 Agency, we are seeking a meticulous and data-driven Quality Assurance & Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic ---------- this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of our email and SMS marketing campaigns and forms. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough quality checks and analyzing data to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in all our email and SMS marketing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance
- Conduct comprehensive quality checks on emails/SMS, flows, and signup forms to ensure accuracy and adherence to task and - design specifications.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement in our email and SMS marketing campaigns and processes.
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure all output meets our high-quality standards.

Data Analytics
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including emails, flows, and signup forms, on a daily and weekly basis.
- Generate reports to track performance metrics and identify trends or areas for optimization.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Collaboration and Communication
-Collaborate with different teams, including marketing, design, and strategy, to provide feedback and insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to tea ---------- mbers and management.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality assurance and data analytics, preferably in email marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
