Are you an ambitious and organized individual with excellent English-speaking skills? CBI Real Estate Ventures is seeking a dedicated Remote Cold Caller VA to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position with 6 hours of outbound dialing per day, totaling 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls for real estate acquisitions.
- Utilize our dialing platform, manage property data, and maintain CRM systems.
- Identify and transfer high-quality leads to our acquisitions team.
- Provide daily report of calls made and leads generated with detailed notes.

Qualifications:
- Strong English-speaking skills.
- Previous experience in cold-calling for real estate acquisitions.
- Proficient in working with dialing platforms, property data, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
