We sell our collection of organic food products through our website, and to luxury resorts, country clubs, cafes, and fitness studios.

We're looking for someone to join our rapidly-growing team to assist with customer support and community engagement

Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound customer support inquiries via email, chat, phone and social media
- Manage order fulfillment to ensure orders are being shipped in a timely manner
- Deliver elevated 5-Star service to our customers to foster brand loyalty

Required Experience

- 5+ Experience in Ecommerce customer support for Shopify Stores
- Preferred: Experience in luxury market
- Preferred: Experience with Shopify, Missive, Shiphero
