My vehicle's engine has been damaged by the road recovery patrol from the AA company in the UK. I filed a claim to the AA with a report from my local mechanical engineer including pictures. The AA did not accept my claim and have been rather dismissive about it, not even bothering to reply to my emails.

I am wondering if I have any legal remit. At the very least I am hoping to frighten them with law suit so that they take my case seriously and pay out for the repairs. My vehicle had a tiny issue that was easily repairable, and now it has a substantial engine issue due to their negligence.
