Roles & Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing:
Daily monitoring of current and past-due invoices
Overseeing communication of past-due invoices
Comfortable calling clients who are past due when needed
Manage the company's software subscription services
Work with the leadership team to maintain and improve
GoHighLevel Automation:
Understand workflows and automations with the ability to troubleshoot and work with a team to fix them
Create products and dashboards for clients to use
Measurables:
Manage Accounts Receivable to $0 for all 30/60/90 day late payments
Sales tracking scorecard management
All automations working as intended
