Dental Clinical & Insurance Expert

Private prosthodontist office is looking for a remote employee who has clinical dental experience as a working nurse, hygienist or dentist as well as knowledge of insurance.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can read/understand dental x-rays and doctors notes and help write corresponding narratives to be submitted to insurance companies for approval. Must be clinically familiar with procedures for general dentistry as well as prosthodontics, including crowns, bridges and implants. Experience with Dentrix, Dexis and Tiger View a plus.

Daily responsibilities will include: reviewing dental cases, determining clinical documentation needed for submission, pulling needed clinical documentation together, submitting insurance claims and following up as needed.

This role requires a problem-solver, a proactive mentality coupled with high attention to detail, and an understanding of dentistry.
