Recruitment Specialist

We are a US-based company looking for a Recruitment Specialist that will help us with day-to-day hiring interviews and recruitment processing.
We are looking for a skilled recruiter who can be a team player, has good interpersonal skills, is detail-oriented, has excellent organizational and time management skills, and can work independently. You will need to be able to assess the skills, experience, and knowledge of candidates and see if they are a good fit.
Job Description:
- Conduct Hiring Interviews;
- Following up on incomplete applications;
- Instruct applicants on how to use our hiring system:
- Assist applicants with signing documents and undergo background checks;
- Make sure applicants undergo the complete hiring funnel;
- Other pertinent jobs related to recruitment
Job Requirements:
- MUST HAVE GOOD ENGLISH communication skills (both oral and written) - this is our top requirement;
- Proven experience in Online/Remote recruitment;
- Can work part-time or full-time in PST schedule
- Can start immediately
- At least 10mbps internet connection (With backup ISP preferred)
- Noise-cancelling headset (Quiet environment)
Starting Rate: $4.50 per hour
Schedule: Business Hours Pacific Standard Time (PST)
