Data Analyst - Real Estate Deal Analysis

Looking for someone with a strong background in data analysis. This position involves creating spreadsheets and calculating return on investment/cashflow for real estate purchases. If you have experience with this that would be great, but training is also available. Data analyst background and spreadsheet skills are a MUST.

This job will be 4 hours per day, 5 days per week and could grow to full time work. 20 hours per week are guaranteed. Work times are flexible. Applicant must have internet and backup internet and their own computer.
