Lead Setter

The employment opportunity available is for a lead setter for a Group Fitness Gym in Australia.
Your role will be calling leads that come through our system (Gohighlevel), within 5 minutes of them coming in. Then, you will be following up leads between 9-10am, 1-2pm and 6-7pm AEST. In the meantime, you will need to be on call and ready to call leads as soon as they enter the system. Your job will be booking appointments for these leads for in gym consultations.
Your role will be over 7 days per week. You will be paid for 4 hours of work per day. This includes the 3 hours stated above plus 1 hour per day extra for when you have to call the leads when they enter the system within 5 mins. Therefore, this job is 30 hours worth of work. In the meantime between the above hours, you are free to do whatever you want BUT you have to be ready to call leads at any point when they come through.
You will need to have:
- Very good English communication.
- Fitness & gym understanding/ experience.
- Gohighlevel experience and proficiency.
