JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a FULL-TIME virtual assistant, well English spoke individual with no accent to take on a full-time position with our team.

General Job Description:
• Telephone Prospecting/Lead Generation for new clients daily from various sources.
• Schedule appointments for Listing & Buyer Specialists.
• Input/Manage client & lead databases.
• Conduct lead follows up & nurture leads until appointments are set.

Job-Specific Skills, Traits & Responsibilities:
1. Communicates effectively with superiors, and customers, in written and verbal form.
2. Practices memorizing, and internalizing telephone scripts.
3. Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.
4. Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Results & Detailed oriented, high achiever, organized, and systematic.
7. Basic to advanced understanding of computers, various software programs, and navigating the Internet.
8. Confident telephone voice.
Key Activities & Duties:
• Set daily and weekly goals.
• Track all key business activities.
• Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
• Practice, memorize, internalize, and role-play scripts for 10 minutes each day.
• Willing to be accountable for goals and results.
• Prospect/Lead generation for new clients on a daily basis, 6+ hours per day.
• Conduct 1+ hour of lead generation follow-up per day.
• Make 50+ contacts per day calling on: Just Listed/Just Sold & within Geographic Farm & online lead generation website
• Manage contact database system, cultivating and managing 50+ new leads each week & work existing leads to convert into Listing & Buying opportunities.
• Track leads to appointments, to sales to enable us to measure the success rate of lead generation.
• Daily reports on calls, conversations, and appointments [via email].
