Role Summary
Craft effective
Key Responsibilities
- Drive CRM strategy for top-notch D2C brands, creating impactful
- Decode core business metrics (CAC, LTV, retention/repurchase rate, etc.) to inform strategies.
- Craft automation systems and ongoing campaigns, envisioning moves that align with clients' business objectives.
- Help the account manager lead a dedicated team of 5, ensuring effective strategy execution.
- Be the go-to person for strategic oversight on accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Design visual roadmaps, manage campaign planning, and conduct monthly reporting.
- Master Klaviyo, our chosen software, coordinating with various e-commerce platforms, primarily Shopify.
