As a vital member of our commercial move sales support team, this person will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about our available moving services and bringing in new business. This position will require excellent customer service, sales, and telephone communication ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities:



Listen to customers and ask questions to make sure that we understand their moving needs.



Provide customers with clear explanations of the moving services that we offer and tailor solutions to meet their individual needs.



Answer customer questions and provide solutions for customer problems or complaints; collaborate with the commercial move sales team when dealing with difficult or complex questions or problems.



Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer concerns or problems and follow-up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied.



Schedule customer appointments with our surveying team and provide the customer with information regarding their scheduled appointment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment



Strong verbal and written communication skills



Strong customer service skills



Strong telephone communication and sales skills



Excellent interpersonal skills; including the ability to remain patient when under pressure and calm during times of conflict



Must be skilled using Windows based computers and Microsoft Office Suite



Required Education and Experience:



High school diploma or equivalent



Two (2) years’ experience in customer-facing sales, telemarketing, or tele-sales positions.



Transportation and moving experience a plus.
