Need someone who is a quick learner, HIGHLY TECHNICAL, has extensive experience with TikTok / Facebook Ads Management. Someone who is ready to GROW!

Soft Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Strong creative mindset to develop engaging and effective ad campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with tea ---------- mbers and clients.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, and industry trends.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address challenges in campaign performance.

Technical Skills:
- GoHighLevel Experience would be huge PLUS! (not required)
- Proficient in ---------- and Facebook Ad Platforms: Hands-on experience with creating and managing ads on ---------- and Facebook.
- Data Analytics: Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and interpret campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
