Eyonzy Marine Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Remote Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential clients for our recruitment agency. You will be responsible for researching and targeting ship owners and managers, developing compelling messaging sequences, and maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure we connect with every potential client.

**Responsibilities:**

* Proactively research and identify potential clients in the marine industry, including ship owners, managers, and other relevant decision-makers.
* Utilize current open roles as a source of targets, expanding the search to broader market segments.
* Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and target audience preferences.
* Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns using various channels, such as email marketing, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
* Craft compelling and personalized messaging sequences that resonate with potential clients and drive engagement.
* Effectively manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, prioritizing timely follow-ups and relationship building.
* Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress, utilizing CRM systems to streamline the lead generation process.
* Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales conversion.
* Analyze lead generation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation for the marine industry or a related B2B sector.
* Proven ability to identify, research, and engage potential clients in a targeted and efficient manner.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, lead nurturing techniques, and sales funnel management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
* Familiarity with industry-specific platforms and tools used for research and lead generation.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement lead generation strategies that drive results.
