SEO / Google News and Google PPC

For the website ---------- we have 3 objectives and need someone with experience of all of these to help drive the traffic to the site:

1. SEO - raise the profile and site health of the site
2. SEO (Google News) - this is a media website and would like to have the blog articles recognised by google news so articles are listed on the news site
3. PPC - set up of google PPC account and monthly PPC campaigns designed to drive traffic and increase links to the page

This is less about content writing and more about the technical SEO and PPC with the main objective to drive traffic
