Marketing Virtual Assistant - Automations Expert

We are Katuva, a VA placement agency based in Idaho dedicated to connecting exceptional virtual assistants with our clients. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to help our client who’s into machine manufacture catering to the liquid dairy industry, beverages, and related sectors.

This is a full-time role and you will be working during Philippine hours, at 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities include the following:

List Building: Curate client lists using scraping ---------- tomation: Create automations in GoHighLevel or HubSpot.
Cold Email Campaigns: Create and manage targeted campaigns.
Create and implement consistent follow-up/touches with potential clients on LinkedIn and thru email.
Project Management: The client uses ---------- , and familiarity with most project management software is advantageous.
Utilize Microsoft Office suite.
Visual Collaboration: Use Canva Pro; familiarity with Whimsical is a plus.
Appointment Setting: Assist in scheduling and bookings.
Web Support: Experience in basic WordPress is desirable but not required
