Our client is looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter. Someone who has at least 2 years experience in US recruiting and understands the dos and donts in recruiting in the US. Must have prior experience in recruiting or resume researching/talent sourcing experience with professional candidates (HR Directors, Engineering Managers, Purchasing Managers, etc.).
Candidates must also have:
* BPO/Call-center industry
* Working directly with US-based companies/clients/customers
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Strong computer skills; ability to learn new systems
* Outstanding time management skills
* Impressive organizational skills
* Ability to work full-time during EST hours (at least 40 hours per week; willing to extend hours when required)
