Hello there! We are looking for our future leadership team by way of our Scheduling Assistant position. We are a medical scheduling company that puts our team before anything else. The way our company operates is we promote from within and we are looking for our next group while we advance our last group.

All of the positions start as a Scheduling Assistant, where someone will learn the ins and outs of our Scheduling Department while being very closely mentored and guided. This role is in charge of making sure we have all the required documents we and our patients need for a great appointment. We have extensive training so you can feel confident in what you're doing.

The #1 quality we look for is GOOD ENERGY. Most of our staff is hired based on energy/attitude and the ability to be a perfect fit with our team. We will train for everything else.
