ABOUT YOU:

You must not only align with our core values but have these skills:

-English speaking is a must in both phone and email communication, proficiency skill level is required.

-You must excel in organization and be well versed with applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, Google Calendar and email in general. All other softwares we can teach you.

-You must NOT be afraid to get on the phone daily. You will be on the phones all the time whether getting updates for the team on deals or if we are slow, talking to sellers! We train you on all of this :)

A DISC test will be required so if you have one, great, please submit it otherwise the ONLY way we respond is if you ask for the DISC test link to take it.

Must have:
-Reliable internet
-Headset
-Laptop with min 8gb of RAM

COMPENSATION:

Glad you asked: Based on skill set and previous experience this will vary, but we are looking for someone in the $3-$6/hr range + bonuses.

The bonuses you ask? You are pushing the sellers/buyers to get deals closed as quickly as possible. With that, every deal you get across the finish line and close, we pay you a bonus that can range from $20-$50 per closing. (Hint hint, we average 2-6 deals a month WITHOUT you on the team and very limited resources. We expect this to double with your help!)

We will start you at 20/hr a week and ramp you up to 40 hours a week 9a-5p EST (east standard time) so for many of you, this will be the graveyard/night-shift.
