We are an advertising company based in Australia who have worked with a Filipino team for 10 years and are looking to add one more individual to our long-term, core team.

We are looking for someone who:

THE ROLE

The role involves collecting images and text from different in-house sources; and putting together the information into a presentable report for our clients that is in-keeping with our company Style Guide. We have templates, which from time to time, will be adjusted. There is no need for photo processing or image modification. The role is entering and replacing elements in Word. Sometimes there are also additional reports in Excel, using basic Excel, as well as some admin tasks.

There is comprehensive in-house training. You will learn about professional relationships in Australia as well as have the chance to work behind the scenes on some famous brands. Opportunities for promotion are in-house, with many of our PH team having been with us for 5-7 years.

Full time. 40 hours per week. 9am - 6pm (PH time), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday with a 1 hour lunch break each working day with a break on Wednesday and Saturday. We can offer flexibility with split or later working hours on Sundays. P20,000 per month, paid in PHP. This role is exclusive, meaning you will not be able to work elsewhere at the same time.


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

- High level of English
- Has worked in a full time capacity for 2+ years (or equivalent, eg, Study+Work)
- Confident in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Commercial-level of maths (can add/subtract double digits and multiply/divide single digits without a calculator)
- Punctual and reliable
- Reliable internet and backup internet source
