USRN living near Baguio

We are assisted living facility from USA. I'm looking to hire remote USRN in Baguio.
We're setting up office here.
I am here until Monday so please reach out if you want to interview.
I will be busy taking staff to La Union from part of Sunday through Monday.
The USRN will have experience with filling assessments and insurance-related tasks.

The work will be variable for now. We have 4 residents.
As work increases then so does wage.
At some point will be full time work.
We will work way up to 70 residents in our ---------- RN gets paid wage whether work is available or not.
Will be limited work for at least 3 months.
