HVAC/PTAC VIRTUAL TECH

We own multiple long-term and short-term rental properties in Arizona. We are seeking experienced PTAC/HVAC technicians based in the Philippines to support our on-site maintenance staff on a part-time, on-call basis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and addressing PTAC/HVAC-related issues in our properties, predominantly working with AMANA and Hotpoint systems. Local staff will send model numbers and whatever details are needed, along with general description of the problem. Local staff has NO HVAC knowledge - only basic electrical. We do, however, have our own vacuum pump and a fluke able to measure microfarads. Beyond that, we will rely on you as the expert to get both PTAC and Whole house Split systems (not mini splits, but 3 to 5 ton outdoor condenser with an air handler inside attic).
Knowing basic troubleshooting for a fridge is a plus as we often need help with both units not cooling or broken ice maker (you will advise on replacement parts once issue is determined).
Key responsibilities really only include on-call troubleshooting and maintenance for HVAC systems in our properties with our on-site maintenance staff so English speaking skills should be ---------- most cases, will do something like facetime or marco polo.
This is a position we have never done remotely and would welcome advice for anyone who has done remote troubleshooting of such equipment.
