Amazon Vendor Virtual Administrator

At Tirma UK & Europe – we are in search of a dedicated professional who is available to join me immediately in supporting daily activities to help grow my confectionery brand on Amazon.

I am looking for someone who is committed and will provide clear communication, is honest and keen to learn.
I am also looking for someone who is available to work 9-5pm GMT Time.

I will provide full training on the following:

Amazon’s Platform
1. Receiving and creating purchase orders across Europe including how to use Inventory Management software
2. Invoice Management – creation and recording of data
3. Dispute Management
4. Listing Improvements if required

Google Drive
1. Google Drive Management – includes managing Google Sheets
2. Email Template Creation and Correspondence
3. Managing calendars to create invoice payment reminders

Shopify
1. Listing Management if required

Social Media
1. Creating posts and managing engagement on a weekly basis
2. Editing and creating content on Canva / Photoshop – basic knowledge.

Ad Hoc
1. Any other activities related to the business

Ideal but not required: Basic Spanish

All tasks required to do are recorded and managed through Click Up so there will be clear instructions on what is required to do and progress will be tracked.
