Content Organizer - Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Content Organizer to join our team. This role will start part-time, but as our agency continues to grow, it has the potential to become a full-time position. Extensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Daily/Weekly Google Drive Organization: Maintain the organization of our Google Drive files, ensuring that content is easy to access and well-structured.
Content Queue Management: Queue daily and weekly posts, Agency provided TikTok recommendations, Main Feed Posts, and mass pay-per-view (PPV) content.
PPV Preview Creation: Generate previews of PPV content and blur images as needed.
Content Uploads: Upload content to image-sharing sites for Reddit posts. Perform monthly and weekly downloads of TikToks, remove watermarks, and queue them up for Reels.
Chat and Image Chains: Sort image chains, create vault lists, and organize lists via PPVs.
Copywriting: Collect or create copy for PPVs or mass message PPVs and feed captions.
Social Media Management: Help our clients to meet content quotas for the week. This may include tallying content posted from social media and adding it in our Telegram group chat and assisting with Instagram growth tasks.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Availability and responsiveness during work hours.
In-depth training will be provided.
