The Muscle Coach is a high-performance coaching organization specializing in helping experienced lifters transcend their physiques to elite levels through advanced training, diet, and supplement protocols.

Our mission is to guide clients in unlocking the fullest potential of their bodies by providing expert, evidence-backed, and personalized coaching.

We are looking for a Client Success and Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' seamless journey from onboarding to goal achievement, while also handling operational tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our coaching programs and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Confirmation:
Manage the schedule for booked calls, confirm all prospects, and log the status of each call.

Client Onboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process, send out packages, send personal intro messages, and schedule orientation calls.

Payment Checks:
Monitor client payment statuses, flag any pending or failed payments, and communicate with clients to resolve issues.

Orientation Calls:
Schedule and standardize orientation calls, observe and note key points for improvement.

Client Progress and Goal Setting:
Prepare for monthly client progress calls, draft agendas, and manage workload effectively.

Client Progress Calls:
Organize, standardize and document monthly progress calls with ---------- stagram Engagement:
Engage with current and potential followers to increase visibility and lead generation.

Appointment Setting on Instagram:
Manage DMs and comments for lead generation and appointment scheduling.

Video Editing:
Edit short-form video content for various social media platforms.

Client Experience Review:
Analyze and propose initiatives to enhance client experience.

Systemization & Organization:
Review, standardize, and systemize business processes, implement SOPs.

Executive Assistance:
Handle administrative tasks including travel arrangements and research.

Supplement Order Management:
Manage supplement orders, communication, tracking, shipping coordination, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
