Takeoffs and estimations

MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AT A BASIC LEVEL UP TO THE LEVEL OF FLUENCY , and have knowledge of CAD drafting, Plan Swift or similar software, and structural analysis. With experience in construction project management being a plus, must be dedicated to delivering high-quality work and meeting client objectives. Looking for an experienced professional who can ensure the success of estimating projects, I would be happy to discuss more with selected candidates. Must perform quantity takeoffs from blueprints/architectural drawings. Must be a team player.
