Are you a highly organized and self-motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce and social media influencer marketing? Siren Opulence, a classic and trendy online store specializing in luxury fashion and accessories, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Marketing Project Maager to join our dynamic team.

Process Orders: Efficiently handle order processing, shipment tracking, and customer inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping ---------- fluencer Search and Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers on various social media platforms to promote our products and grow our brand's reach.

Social Media Management: Assist in curating engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to enhance our online presence and foster meaningful connections with our audience.


Email Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute compelling email campaigns that drive customer engagement and boost sales.

Shopify and Zipify Product Pages: Optimize product pages, update inventory, and implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive conversions.

Requirements:
Prior Experience: Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, and email marketing is essential. Familiarity with Shopify and Zipify is a ---------- anizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing data and using insights to optimize marketing strategies and make data-driven ---------- munication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with influencers, collaborate with tea ---------- mbers, and provide exceptional customer service.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating various online tools and platforms relevant to e-commerce and social media marketing.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: A good understanding of social media trends, email marketing best practices, and SEO techniques.

Flexible Hours: Ability to work remotely with flexible hours, catering to Eastern Standard Time zone.

Other Responsibilities May Include:
Customer Service
Answering phones & emails from clients and influencers
Book flights and make hotel reservations

What we're looking for MUST HAVE:
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience using social media for brand awareness
Familiarity and knowledge with canva and/or Photoshop
Excellent multitasking skills and execution skills
Knowledge of Shopify, Social Media, and Marketing
