Inbound/Outbound Caller (4)

Seattle based real estate brokerage seeking 4 inbound/outbound callers. The majority of the role is answering inbound calls from buyers who want to schedule time to see a particular home. Your job will be to book an appointment for them to see the home and them hand that lead to an agent to work the opportunity from ---------- bound calls come in between 8am and 9pm, 7 days per week. There will be some weekend hours. 4 Shifts are availble (all times in PST):
Thursday - Monday: 8am - 3pm
Thursday - Monday: 1pm - 9pm
Tuesday - Saturday: 8am - 3pm
Tuesday - Saturday: 1pm - 9pm

$4-$6/hour (depending on experience) with large bonus on each appointment that turns into a sale. Real Esatate sales expirience is a plus.

Requirements:
Fast and reliable internet connection with a backup
GREAT english - the leads should feel like they are speaking to someone within the US
Quiet place to work
