Loans Processor for an Australian Company

TITLE:
Loans Processor - AU Company

ROLE:
- Gather and analyze all required data from borrowers, including income, assets, credit reports, and job information.
- Examine loan applications to ensure all necessary information is correct and comprehensive.
- Prepare and submit loan proposals for underwriting approval.
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and other tea ---------- mbers to offer updates and seek further information.
- Order appraisals, title reports, and any other papers required to complete the loan file.
- Ensure that all applicable regulations and requirements are followed.
- Keep loan files and paperwork up to date and thorough.
- Assist management with additional activities and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:
- Experience in the submission to settlement process of Loan Processing / or must have experience as a Credit
Analyst/Officer directly with a bank.
- Solid Loan/Mortgage Processor experience for 3 years in an AU Company
- Fast and reliable internet
- Working Full Time Australia business hours (Monday to Friday)
