UI/UX Designer & HTML5/JAVA/CSS Expert

I need a designer that can think out of the box and design very unique websites and landing pages that follow the objective of the client's business and their brand. I need someone detail oriented that sells when they design and can create everything fully custom without using templates.

If the designer can also code their designs from scratch using HTML5/CSS/JAVA this is preferred and would make you the perfect package for our team. If not, a very artistic designer is my priority that can deliver reliably.
