Hey there! I'm the CEO of Dreamwell, an influencer marketing software company, and I’m looking for a Personal Assistant to help keep my hectic schedule and workload under control, and assist me with tasks!
What You’ll Be Doing:

- Schedule Management: You will be in charge of organizing and maintaining my calendar, meticulously planning and coordinating meetings, appointments, and making sure I get tasks done.

- Research Duties: Perform in-depth research as needed, providing me with essential information for meetings, projects, and decision-making processes.
- Time Optimization: Actively manage and monitor my schedule to avoid overbooking and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Task Coordination: Help organize and prioritize my daily tasks and objectives. This includes managing a to-do list and ensuring that urgent and important tasks are brought to my attention.

Who You Are:
You’ve done the PA thing before, ideally in a tech or startup vibe.
You’re a ninja with organization and time management.
Solid at research and not afraid to deep dive into new topics.
Experienced with tech and the usual office apps.
Super discreet – you know how to keep a secret.
You can make decisions on your own and keep up in a fast-moving environment.
