JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College degree in Food Technology/Nutrition Dietetics/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Preferable with 1 year experience specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• With knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Principles is an advantage.
• Works well under pressure and able to prioritize workloads.
• Foster teamwork to get the best results.
• Computer literate.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following GMP standard and check if it is properly executed in the Production Area.
• Conduct microbial analysis of raw materials and finished product used for production.
• Conduct inventory and control of QA Supplies, laboratory, glass wares, tools and equipment.
• Keep inventory record of left-over ingredients.
• In charge in the safekeeping of QA documents.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
