Social Media Marketing Manager

We are a leading Australian-based website and branding design agency that works for a range of small businesses all over the world.

We're ideally seeking a creative person who can use Canva as the main creative tool & SocialBee as the main scheduling tool.

Here's what we're ideally looking for in a Social Media Marketing Manager who:

- Is passionate about online marketing and social media.

- Has a proven track record working for two years minimum as a Social Media Marketing Manager.

- Can promote Studio1Design’s services, portfolio, testimonials, before & afters, quotes, blog posts, and podcast interviews, on
our social media channels.

- Can use Chat GPT to write snippets, bullets, and summaries of our blog & podcast interviews for posting on socials.

- Is forward-thinking who is open to learning AI tools to help enhance your role.

- Can add new blog posts to our website then syndicate them on our social media channels.

- Has basic knowledge of ActiveCampaign (or similar) so you can send emails to our list to promote our campaigns.

- Can conduct basic Blog Post Title / SEO keyword research.

- Can reach out to podcast hosts to get our CEO interviewed on more podcasts.

- Can brief our copywriter for writing blog posts & brief our design team for designing blog post images.

- Embraces feedback to help you improve your skills over time.

- Is dependable, and delivers on directives and deadlines.

- Demonstrates self-motivation and productivity while working remotely.

- Can speak English clearly.

- Has a fast and reliable PC or Mac.

- Has a microphone so you can have occasional calls with our team.

- Is happy working alongside a team of 25 talented Filipino designers & developers.

- Can work full-time on weekdays only within standard business hours. (You will never be asked to work on the weekends)

- Can commit to a full-time position and plan to work with us for at least two years.

If we like your application and portfolio, we will send you an email inviting you to meet us on a Zoom video call.

If your interview goes well and we choose you, then you will start with a fully paid full-time 4-week trial period.

Then if you're a good fit we will offer you a permanent full-time position as a contractor and your income will be paid in PHP directly into your bank each week transferred from Wise.
