Automation Specialist

Join our team to create a meaningful and fun relationship with us! We are entrepreneurs with a tech software for home-service businesses. We are looking for support in leveraging Airtable, SmartSuite, ---------- , Zapier, Make (and other similar no-code tools) for our clients. Hours are flexible. We are looking for PROBLEM-SOLVERS and SELF-STARTERS. Must be a good communicator and be comfortable with written and spoken English.

Qualifications:
-- Knowledgeable of using Make and Zapier
-- Have an understanding of API
-- Tech Savvy

Responsibilities:
-- Build out 10+ automation for new clients
-- Debug or support existing clients' automation concerns or errors
-- Build and update automation road map for new and old clients
-- Optimize and manage existing automation
-- Weekly meetings with the development manager
-- Implement software's API documentation

A little about us:
My husband and I own a software company (that also offers automation consulting) and we are becoming VERY invested in Airtable for our systems. We have six other associates in the Philippines that we love working with, and we are looking for someone who can help the manager build automations.
